Taemin Denies Clothing Brand Rumors

Taemin of SHINee has clarified that he is not launching a clothing brand.

On August 22nd, he addressed the speculation, stating, "I'm not running a clothing business! I created these items as gifts for those I am grateful for, without any intention of selling them." He added, "I'll always strive to show my humble and hardworking side. Thank you for your support."

Taemin's agency, Big Planet Made Entertainment, also confirmed on August 23rd that the rumors about a clothing brand are untrue. The confusion arose because Taemin had designed a T-shirt himself as a special gift for fans while preparing his fifth mini-album. The shirts were distributed to fans who attended his exhibition, which began at Informal Square in Seongsu-dong, Seoul, on August 22nd.

Some fans noted that scanning a QR code on the T-shirt led them to a clothing site, which fueled speculation about a potential clothing line.

Taemin's fifth mini-album, 'ETERNAL', was released on August 19th. He will be performing concerts at Inspire Arena in Incheon on August 31st and September 1st.
