Biz Korea said on the 3rd that J-Hope recently received a full sale of a luxury apartment penthouse located in Serving High School, Yongsan, Seoul, for 12 billion won in cash. A month later, a household downstairs in the penthouse also received additional sales.
According to reports, J-Hope, who is currently serving in the military, signed a sale contract for the household downstairs in the penthouse on June 23, 2020, and took over ownership on July 26 this year when he paid the balance in full. Currently, the sale price of this apartment is known to be between 11 billion and 12 billion.
J-Hope is estimated to have purchased two apartments with more than 20 billion won in cash because he did not receive a real estate mortgage loan, according to the media.
In addition, J-Hope has sold two luxury apartments. As a result, J-Hope will own a total of four luxury houses in Seoul with this purchase.
Meanwhile, J-Hope has been serving as an assistant at the 36th Division's Baekho Infantry Education Battalion since joining the army in April last year. Since then, he has been promoted to a model soldier two months earlier ahead of the promotion of the corporal, making headlines. J-Hope will be discharged from the military on October 17.
