According to the legal community on the 30th, Judge Lee Yoo-seop of the 7th summary of the Seoul Western District Court ordered a summary order of 15 million won to Suga, who is suspected of driving under the Road Traffic Act. The Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office briefly indicted Suga on the 10th with a fine of 15 million won.
A summary order is a procedure in which fines and fines are imposed without a separate trial. In case of objection, the parties may request a formal trial within a week from the date of receipt of the summary order.
Earlier, Suga was accused of driving an electric scooter while intoxicated on the road in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 11:15 p.m. on August 6.
At that time, sugar's blood alcohol concentration was 0.227%, far above the license revocation standard (0.08% or more). According to the Road Traffic Act, if the blood alcohol level is 0.2% or more, the punishment will be strengthened with imprisonment for more than two years and less than five years or fines of more than 10 million won and less than 20 million won.
Suga attended Yongsan Police Station in Seoul on the 23rd of last month, 17 days after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol, and admitted to driving under the influence of alcohol.
