A former idol group member was put on trial on charges of violating the Military Service Act.

The Changwon District Prosecutors' Office said on the 9th that it indicted A without detention on charges of violating the Military Service Act, and also indicted A's mother, B, in her 50s, and C, a hospital nurse in her 60s, on charges of violating the Military Service Act and forgery of private documents.

The three are accused of falsifying medical records and lowering the results of military service physical examinations from level 1 to level 4. Mr. A completed his military service as a social service worker based on the forged results.

Initially, the police did not send the case in February if there was insufficient evidence to prove that A and others denied the crime and deceived the Military Manpower Administration. However, while looking into B and C's allegations of insurance fraud, the prosecution made a statement to the effect that there is no way not to go to the active station through a transcript of B's phone call, and found that C had accessed the hospital's computer network at B's request and forged medical records. It also confirmed that A did not have a disease by performing medical evaluation twice on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) related to lumbar discs submitted at the time of the military service physical examination.

Mr. A, who is in his 30s, debuted in 2011, but is not currently working as a group.
