The Seoul Central District Court will hold a sentencing hearing on the 11th for the Taldeok prison camp accused of violating the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
The Taldeok concentration camp is accused of spreading fake news about Kang Daniel by posting a video titled 「The promiscuous private life of a national boyfriend actor idol」 on its YouTube channel in 2022.
The prosecution demanded a fine of 3 million won at a final hearing held on the 12th of last month.
