BTS (BTS) Suga (Min Yoon-ki, 31) was booked for driving an electric scooter while drunk, but he seems to be avoiding the trial.

According to the legal community on the 30th, Judge Lee Yoo-seop of the Seoul Western District Court summarily ordered a fine of 15 million won on the 27th for Suga, who was summarily indicted for drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act.

This is the same amount that the prosecution previously asked for Suga. The Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office briefly indicted Suga on the 10th with a fine of 15 million won.

Summary prosecution is a procedure in which the prosecution asks the court to impose fines or fines through a written hearing instead of a formal trial. While the sentence is confirmed unless the parties or the court expresses its intention to go to trial, the court also issued a summary order to dispose of fines and fines without trial.

If Suga disagrees, he can request a formal trial within a week after being served with a summary order, but the legal community believes it is likely to be completed with a fine of 15 million won.

Suga was caught by police on August 6 at 11 p.m. while driving an electric scooter while drinking on a road in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

At that time, sugar's blood alcohol concentration was 0.227%, about three times higher than the 0.08% level of license cancellation.

According to the Road Traffic Act, if the blood alcohol level is 0.08% or higher, the license will be revoked and imprisoned for more than one year and less than two years, or fined more than 5 million won and less than 10 million won. However, if it is more than 0.2%, it will be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and not more than five years or a fine of not less than 10 million won and not more than 20 million won.
