According to foreign media such as the New York Post on the 31st (local time), Fatman Scoop suddenly collapsed and was taken to a hospital during a performance in Hampden, Connecticut, on the 30th of last month, but died. The cause of death is unknown.

Scoop is an American celebrated DJ, MC, and music producer who was particularly well known on the club stage for his characteristic charismatic appearance and intense voice.
Debuting in 1999, he was very popular all over the world with his 2003 song "Be Faithful".
