Ahn Yu-jin won the Women's Entertainment of the Year category at the "2024 Brand of the Year Awards". In particular, it proved the explosive popularity of '4th generation representative girl group' and 'MZ generation representative icon' with the feat of being selected as a female entertainment idol for two consecutive years following last year.
Organized by the Korea Consumer Forum, the 'Brand of the Year' is an event to select and award the best brands that have shone through the year through a public consumer vote every year, marking its 22nd anniversary this year. Any Korean consumer can participate in voting through the website.
In particular, from this year, the Vietnamese sector was newly established, and consumer votes were held in three Asian countries, including South Korea and China, and Vietnam. Ahn Yu-jin was selected as the female entertainment idol of the year through a vote held from July 8th to 21st, showing off her powerful influence both at home and abroad.
Ahn Yu-jin appeared on tvN's entertainment program 'PyongPyongPyong Earth Entertainment Room', which aired in 2022, showing off her overflowing competitive spirit and sense of entertainment that catches entertainers, and received explosive love with the modifier Na Young-seok PD's daughter 'Na Yoo-jin'. He then solidified his position as a 'confident entertainment idol' by showing an upgraded sense of entertainment in the 2nd season of last year's 'PyongPyongPyong Earth Entertainment Room' and the spin-off 'Jirak's Jumping Beep' aired in May.
Meanwhile, on the 28th of last month, IVE, which belongs to Ahn Yu-jin, released a new Japanese mini-album 'ALIVE'. In addition, the Tokyo Dome encore performance, the finale of the first world tour 'VE THE 1ST WORLD TOUR'SHOW WHAT I HAVE' is set to take place on the 4th and 5th.
