Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon purchased a parcel of land adjacent to a detached house in Pyeongchang-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, for 6.05 billion won in cash in August last year. The house consists of one basement floor and two ground floors, and the total floor area is 100 pyeong. Lee Hyo-ri is known to have a three-quarter stake and Lee Sang-soon a one-quarter stake.
Lee Hyo-ri, who has lived on Jeju Island since marrying Lee Sang-soon in 2013, will leave Jeju Island for 11 years and move to Seoul. As a result, Lee Hyo-ri and Lee Sang-soon have expressed regret over leaving Jeju Island.
Lee Sang-soon said, `I decided to come here because I wanted to work hard, but Jeju will always be missed.' He said he rented the Jeju house he currently lives in from his friend.
