Summary prosecution is a procedure in which the prosecution asks the court to impose fines or fines through a written hearing instead of a formal trial. The sentence will be finalized unless the parties or the courts announce their intention to go to trial. Suga is accused of driving an electric scooter drunk on the road in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, at around 11:10 p.m. on the 6th of last month. At that time, sugar's blood alcohol concentration was 0.227% above the license revocation standard (0.08%).
According to the Road Traffic Act, if the blood alcohol level is 0.08% or higher, the license will be revoked and imprisoned for more than one year and less than two years, or fined more than 5 million won and less than 10 million won. However, if it is more than 0.2%, it will be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and not more than five years or a fine of not less than 10 million won and not more than 20 million won.
