At around 12:28 p.m. on the 22nd of last month, A changed the lane to the right driving lane (3 lanes) rather than the left passing lane to pass the car in front of Sangam World Cup Park Complex 3 near Nanjicheon Park in Mapo-gu, Seoul. About five seconds later, the taxi hit the rear of the left side of the tourist bus parked in front of it and collided with a light vehicle that was driving. It was found that A was speeding in the process and was not drunk.
It is known that Mr. A did not make any special attempts to slow down until he hit the tour bus. Lee, who was in the back seat of the passenger seat, seriously injured his head and died immediately at the scene, while driver A suffered a minor injury.
