On the 9th, the Jubitrain agency Base Camp Studio said Lee Ha-neul was booked at Mapo Police Station in August for defaming Jubitrain by spreading false information and is under investigation.
Lee Ha-neul is accused of spreading false information that 'Zubitrain habitually administered drugs'
Previously, Base Camp Studio claimed that Lee Ha-neul requested the production of a short-term contracted record with Zubitrain and CEO Lee for the comeback, but Lee Ha-neul falsely accused Zubitrain and CEO Lee of being a drug offender in order to pass on the responsibility for financial problems with his agency. Lee sued Lee Ha-neul on charges of defamation by spreading false information, and Lee Ha-neul's agency Funky Town filed a complaint against Jubitrain and Lee on charges of fraud, embezzlement, loss of breach of trust and electronic records, and obstruction of business.
According to Basecamp Studio, the Seoul Regional Labor Relations Commission concluded in July that Funky Town's actions were unfair layoffs, and Jubitrain and CEO Lee were 'no attributable reasons.' The Seoul Metropolitan Employment and Labor Administration also issued a final ruling on August 27 that Funky Town's illegality against CEO Lee and Jubitrain was recognized.
Basecamp Studio attempted to recruit false witnesses by bribing and threatening Lee Ha-neul for the complaint. The informant's testimony and statements were submitted to the police as evidence."
In addition, Lee Ha-neul has been sued for leaking personal information, forging private documents, and spreading additional false information that Zubitrain is a sexual assault.
