Famous BJ, Arrest Warrant Police Investigate Group Drug Administration Case

The police investigating the Internet broadcaster's alleged drug collective has requested an arrest warrant for a famous BJ.

On the 27th of last month, the Gangnam Police Station in Seoul applied for an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Park, who is working as an African TV BJ, on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act.

Park, who has been an African TV BJ since 2008, is a popular BJ with about 500,000 admissions. There are also 160,000 YouTuber subscribers.

Park is accused of administering drugs handed over by BJ Kim, a former gangster, several times with acquaintances at home and elsewhere last year. In March last year, he admitted to taking drugs on a live broadcast and said he would turn himself in to the police.

In addition to Park, the police are investigating after detecting the drug administration situation of about 20 other African TV BJs and their agency's executives and employees.

Kim, who supplied drugs to Park, was arrested and sent on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act on the 23rd of last month. Kim is accused of administering drugs such as ketamine and selling tens of millions of won worth of drugs at his acquaintance's house from October 2022 to August last year.
