The former head of singer Young-tak's agency admitted to hoarding music.

The first hearing was held on the 10th for 11 people, including Milagro CEO Lee Jae-kyu and former entertainment agency CEO Kim, who were indicted on obstruction of business such as computers due to the hearing of Judge Park Byung-gon at the Seoul Central District Court.

On the same day, CEO Lee's lawyer admitted that CEO Lee paid 30 million won in exchange for raising the music ranking, saying, `There is no particular disagreement on the facts themselves.' However, he argued that legal violations of the Music Industry Promotion Act or obstruction of business should be considered.

Representative Kim also said that there are some legal arguments, saying that he admits and confesses all the charges. Other defendants expressed a similar position.

From December 2018 to December 2019, Kim and others are accused of repeatedly playing 15 songs, including Youngtak "Why are you coming out of there?", Nature "Oopsie", and KCM "Between Love and Friendship", using more than 500 virtual PCs, IPs purchased in large quantities, and 1,627 illegally acquired personal information on major domestic music sites.

It is known that they disabled the sound source site appreciation response system by allocating IP to multiple virtual PCs and accessing multiple accounts after receiving requests for manipulating sound source rankings through brokers.

However, Youngtak was investigated in connection with the music hoarding case, but was cleared of charges.
