Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon are returning to weekend dramas side by side, heating up the small screen. The two actors, who returned to SBS 'Judge from Hell' and KBS2 'The Iron Family', respectively, have transformed from completely different genres into new characters, attracting viewers' expectations.

First, Park Shin-hye played the role of a powerful criminal judge and demonic protagonist 'Gangbitna' in SBS' weekend drama, The Judge from Hell, and returned as an intense character, shedding the existing 'Candy-like image. On the other hand, Choi Tae-joon will show a completely different charm as a laundromat part-timer 'Taewoong', who takes the center stage of romantic black comedy in KBS weekend drama "The Iron Family."

Park Shin-hye has been familiar to the public for her bright and brave role as 'Candy', but in this work, she completely shed her image and played Kang Bit-na, a hard-headed judge.

Park Hye expressed confidence in her new acting transformation, explaining that `Unlike previous characters, this time, she is a demonic figure who squeezes the other's tears.' In addition, she predicted an intense appearance, saying, `If you have mainly played through it, this time you are a character who leads everything and overwhelms the opponent.'

Fellow actors with Park Shin-hye on the set were also surprised by his 180-degree transformation.

At a production presentation held at SBS Mokdong's headquarters on the 19th, actor Kim In-kwon showed a different look this time, unlike the time when Shin Hye was 'You're handsome'."

Choi Tae-joon, her husband, will play Cha Tae-woong, a laundromat part-timer who is caught up in a square relationship in KBS2's new weekend drama `The Iron Family```````.

Choi Tae-joon also lost 8kg for this work and worked on the shooting, perfectly preparing both body and mind. He said he and his wife, Park Shin-hye, supported each other's dramas and exchanged encouragement, saying, `Let's work hard.' It is expected that the two actors' return to the similar time period of the weekend drama will appeal to viewers with their coincidences and different charms. Attention is focusing on the performance of the actors and couples who are working hard in their respective positions.
