Roxitane Korea issued a statement on its official account on the 3rd apologizing for the recent leakage of Mingyu's exposure photos by its employees.
"There is no excuse for the recent unofficial photos of the Roxitane Asia Ambassador campaign posted through our employee social network service account without permission.""Roxitane Korea accepts full responsibility for this and apologizes." he said.
"We take this matter very seriously and sincerely apologize to the artists and fans who have been hurt by this incident," he bowed his head.
At the same time, the employee was informed that "the employee was immediately completely excluded from all duties, and personnel measures (waiting issuance) were implemented.".
"To prevent this from happening again, we will introduce a regular training program for all employees on the importance of copyright, portrait, publicity and privacy of brand ambassador artists to ensure that all employees understand and comply with this thoroughly and with heavy responsibility."," he added.

We take this matter very seriously and sincerely apologize to the artists and fans who were hurt by this incident.
We immediately and completely excluded the employee from all duties, and personnel measures (waiting orders) were implemented.
To prevent this from happening again, we will introduce regular training programs on the importance of brand ambassador artists' copyrights, portrait rights, publicity rights and privacy rights to ensure that all employees understand and comply with them thoroughly and with heavy responsibility.
