On August 30, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced A, who was indicted on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming and reporting using cameras), to one and a half years in prison and arrested him in court. It also ordered more than 40 hours of completion of sexual violence treatment programs and three years of employment restrictions on children and adolescents and disabled organizations.

Mr. A appealed for leniency, saying, `I felt with my whole body that I had done something pathetic and should not have done.' However, the prosecution had asked for three years in prison.
Mr. A's lawyer said "It was a misbehavior, but he had no intention of leaking it to the outside world due to the situation he was dating at the timeHe appealed for leniency, saying, "Since then, the lawyer has filed an appeal against the track of the first trial on the 4th.
Mr. A was put on trial for wearing an eye patch on the victim, who was in a relationship from July 2022 to May last year, and filming body parts and sexual scenes several times using a silent camera application. A total of three victims were reported.
Mr. A debuted as an idol group member in 2017, but he stopped his activities in 2019 for health reasons.
