Wheesung, propofol, plastic surgery, and health problems controversy → Another changed face '17kg loss'

There is. Singer Wheesung showed a completely different visual.

On the 6th, Wheesung posted a photo on his personal account, saying, `Losing 17kg. 10kg left.' In the released photo, Wheesung shows off his sleeker jawline and looks satisfied. On the 7th, he also posted another selfie photo, expressing his satisfaction, saying, `My eyes got bigger.'

Wheesung posted an update last month It has been embroiled in rumors of plastic surgery and health abnormalities. At the time, he released the photo saying, `One selfie for the first time in a million years.' It was controversial because the face in the photo was very swollen and the impression changed a lot. Various suspicions were raised, but his aides denied the rumor, saying, `I gained a little weight.'

Since then, Wheesung has complained of a compulsion to diet. He said "What should I do to lose weight. I had a dream yesterday that I couldn't lose weight for the rest of my life. The countryside is like a prison to me. Two years ago, 10kg was a three-week cut, but I feel sorry for myself who keeps thinking about the past."

Wheesung was investigated by police in 2019 for administering etomidate, a type of sleep anesthetic, but said he only administered propofol about 10 times to treat the injury, not illegally.

However, in March 2020, he was shocked when he was found collapsed after administering etomidate in a bathroom of a building in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Police caught Wheesung trading drugs and going in and out of bank ATMs four times through CCTV.

Nevertheless, Wheesung was found collapsed again in the bathroom on the first floor of a hotel in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, a month later. At the site, a syringe and a medicine bottle presumed to be a sleep anesthetic were placed.

In the end, Wheesung was indicted without detention on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Act, and he reversed his position that he had not administered illegal drugs and admitted most of the charges. The court sentenced him to one year in prison, two years of probation, 40 hours of community service, and 40 hours of medication lectures.
