Stray Kids Felix Donates KRW 50 Million to UNICEF Korea Committee (2)

The Korean Committee of UNICEF (Chairman Jung Gap-young) announced on the 20th that Stray Kids Felix donated 50 million won for a project to support nutrition and drinking water hygiene for children in Laos for his birthday on September 15.

Earlier in January, Felix, who donated 100 million won to Laos children who were suffering from poor nutrition and drinking water hygiene, once again delivered the fund and continued his warm heart toward children.

Felix, who is also the youngest member of the Honors Club, a high-value UNICEF supporter group, visited Laos in February and visited the UNICEF business site to face various difficulties of local children.

"Even in a difficult environment, Lao children always had a bright smile," Felix said. I want to continue to add strength and love to the work of protecting the pure heart of children. I'm so grateful that it was a special day to share the precious love I received from my fans with my children, and I'm happy to make my birthday wish come true."

I am deeply grateful to Felix for his warm sharing of love for his birthday."

Meanwhile, on the occasion of his birthday, Felix donated a total of 100 million won by practicing sharing for children in Korea in addition to supporting children in Laos, creating a warm impression.

UNICEF (United Nations Children's Fund) is the only organization that explicitly mentions its role in promoting children's rights in the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, and is a U.N.-affiliated organization that conducts projects such as health, nutrition, drinking water and sanitation, education, protection, and emergency relief for children around the world. As a representative organization of UNICEF in Korea, the Korean Committee of UNICEF raises funds for children around the world and promotes children's rights in Korea through UNICEF Child-Friendly Society Creation Project. Marking its 30th anniversary this year, the Korean Committee for UNICEF is the only national committee that has become an advanced country-type national committee to help in the developing world under its wing.
