Actor Sunwoo Eun-sook and announcer Yoo Young-jae will have the second hearing date for the cancellation of their marriage.

The Suwon Family Court's first solo housekeeping will hold the second trial of the marriage cancellation lawsuit filed by Sunwoo Eun-sook against Yoo Young-jae on the 10th.

Earlier, at the first hearing held on August 29, lawyers from both sides attended to confirm each other's positions and continued in about 15 minutes. Yoo Young-jae's side adhered to its existing position by denying the allegation of a common-law marriage, and Sunwoo Eun-sook's side decided to apply for a witness examination of a witness who witnessed Yoo Young-jae's common-law relationship. The second trial, which will be held on the same day, will deal with the questioning of witnesses and the controversy over whether or not they are married in earnest.

Meanwhile, Sunwoo Eun-sook remarried Yoo Young-jae, four years her junior, in 2022, but she was disbanded in April after a year and a half of marriage. Afterwards, when Yoo Young-jae's 'Three Marriages' was raised, Sunwoo Eun-sook filed a lawsuit for cancellation of the marriage with Seongnam Branch of the Suwon Family Court, saying "Two days after the divorce, I learned from the media reports that Yoo Young-jae hid his true marriage and got married.'

In addition, Sunwoo Eun-sook argued that Yoo Young-jae's forced harassment of her own sister was also a decisive factor in her decision to divorce. His legal representative said Sunwoo Eun-sook's sister filed a complaint with Bundang Police Station against Yoo Young-jae on charges of forced harassment.

Yoo Young-jae was sent to the prosecution on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes.
