Ahn Yu-sung Criticizes the Release Rule of the Black and White Chef'If it had been fairer, it would have been upsetting'

Chef Ahn Yoo-sung expressed his honest feelings about the release rule of Black and White Cook.

Chef Ahn Yoo-sung revealed the behind-the-scenes story of Netflix 'Black and White Cook' through a live broadcast on YouTube on the 4th.

Chef Ahn Yoo-sung failed to make the top eight because he failed the controversial restaurant management team match. 'Black and White Cook' presented a mission to run a restaurant divided into three teams, but suddenly added a rule to release one by one per team. Chef Ahn Yoo-sung, iron bag cook, and Manjitnam were released from each team to run a new restaurant, but the time and number of people were far short compared to other teams, and the production team did not provide benefits. In response, viewers criticized that the production team's release rule was unreasonable.

Chef Ahn Yoo-sung said "The release team is at a disadvantage. In the rule section, I thought it would be better if it was a little more (fair). It's a successful program and it's very realistic, but there's also a variety of sources. The production team made good use of this, but honestly, it's a bit disappointing"It was frankly stated.

Chef Ahn Yoo-sung said "As a result, I was buried and blessed with phone calls because I had more love from comments and viewers than a little disappointment." I was able to focus on a lot of things and get exposed to a lot of shows"I heard that the most disappointing thing was that the friends who failed disappeared without a presence. Lee Young-sook 'Korean Food Battle'The winner also said 'It fell while cutting radish only ' I heard that your daughter posted something like that because she was very angry. I think that's also two-sided. There are some parts that I'm focused on and some parts that I haven't received. Still, it's good that the viewers remembered them as well."

Then "I'm most disappointed that I couldn't show my life's cooking." Wouldn't it have been different if you showed sushi as your best dish. But to do that, you need to buy ingredients, but if the purchase of ingredients was not smooth (at the restaurant mission), and it was easy in that area, you would have played a great game by showing your best sushi dishes. If I failed like that, I wouldn't have any regrets. It's a pity that I couldn't show my life's cooking and I was eliminated forlorn.
