Drug administration'High School Rapper 2'Yoon Byung-ho is sentenced to 8 months in prison - 2 years of probation

Yoon Byung-ho (active name Bulli Dabastad) from Mnet 'High School Rapper 2 was sentenced to prison for drug administration.

Senior Judge Jung Jae-wook of the Suwon District Court sentenced Yun Byung-ho, who was accused of violating the Narcotics Control Act, to two years in prison and 40 hours of taking lectures to prevent recidivism of narcotics crimes.

The court explained the reason for the sentencing, saying, "The nature of the crime is not good, such as medication in the detention center while being tried for the same crime." "We take into account the fact that there was no history of being punished for the same crime at the time of the crime in this case as a favorable situation."

Yun Byung-ho was charged with buying drugs such as hemp, fentanyl, and methamphetamine from January 2018 to July 2022 or taking smoking drugs. He was sentenced to seven years in prison in December last year. However, when he was imprisoned at the Incheon Detention Center on August 17-26, 2022, he was additionally charged after he was found to have administered psychotropic drugs containing diazepam lorazepam zolpidem in an unknown way.

Yun Byung-ho maintained his innocence by saying 'Pongdang case' that allows others to secretly administer drugs, but the court said "It is difficult to have someone else take an unprescribed drug without the defendant's knowledge, and the detected ingredients are different from the drug ingredients prescribed and taken by the defendant in the detention center, and there is no other way to explain that psychotropic drug ingredients are detected in urine without the defendant taking them."I judged.
