We strongly demand that we immediately stop attempting to harm new artists with unfounded personnel controversies following absurd plagiarism claims.
Irish protocol member (manager) never made a "Ignore" comment about Newzins members.
The members of "I-LIT" have never passed without saying hello to the members of "Newzins".
This fact was confirmed on June 13, when the parents of Newzins members raised the issue, through CCTV checks and investigations of members and artists in charge of protocol conducted at the request of Bilibrap.
The only encounter between the two groups was a five-minute stay in the same space in Hive's office building on May 27, and the video showed members of Eyelet getting out of the elevator greeted Hani, a member of New Jeans standing in front of her in 90 degrees.
When the video was checked with Min Hee-jin on August 14, Min newly raised the claim that there would be another video, saying that it was after this scene that he did not greet. However, the security company explained that this point is after 30 days of video preservation, so no additional acquisition is possible. Following the call to prevent a recurrence of the issue, a Newzins member mentioned the issue on live, and after the case became public, the member and the adore label asked for an apology, but we did not hear back.
We make it clear that we will take whatever measures we can if this continues to defame us, artists, and our members and disrupt our work in the future.
Immediately after receiving it in writing, Billifrap conducted a face-to-face survey of artists and members, and confirmed that the remarks were in fact groundless.
In order to confirm the facts more clearly, we asked Hive to check CCTV in advance, and since there was no clear date in the problem, we reviewed the video of all the dates (May 14th to June 13th) where CCTV can be checked based on the artist movement in Hive's office building.
During the period, we confirmed that Irish and New Jeans members encountered each other only once on May 27, and when we encountered each other while entering the styling room in the elevator hall, we confirmed that Irish members greeted New Jeans members in 90 degrees and secured the data.
In response to repeated problems from Newzins, Odor and Billifrap gathered together to double-check the situation on May 27 when the members of both teams met after obtaining consent from artists from both companies.
After checking the screen on May 27, Audor raised a new problem that the problem situation occurred after the scene, and both sides contacted the security company, but they received a reply that it was impossible to check the screen again on that date because the CCTV storage period had already expired.
