Han So-hee was transferred ownership by paying the balance on the 30th of last month, and a collateral security right for commercial banks with a maximum bond of 1.1 billion won was set.
Considering that the maximum amount of bonds is usually set at 110-120% of the loan, it seems that the penthouse was sold by borrowing about 1 billion won.
Arcadia Signature, which was completed in May last year, has two basement floors and four ground floors, is a country house type luxury villa with only eight households. It consists of six general households and two penthouses, and the sale price is in the late 4 billion to mid 5 billion depending on the type.
The penthouse sold by Han So-hee is the largest multi-story structure among eight households, consisting of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an attic, and a rooftop terrace. In the penthouse type, you can enjoy not only Achasan Mountain and Yongmasan Mountain, but also the Han River view.
