Fans Outraged Over SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan and The8 at Controversial Event

According to a group of attendees on the 23rd, Company S had announced in September that it would invite 50 winners who had purchased its products to an exclusive event featuring Jeonghan and The8. This prompted a rush of purchases from fans, with some winners reportedly spending up to 63 million won in total.
However, the event failed to meet the expectations of many attendees. Although the number of winners was supposed to be limited to 50, additional Chinese consumers reportedly gained access to the venue, which caused disruptions. Fans were unable to properly watch the photo wall segment, and a special video that had been promised was not shown, with no explanation provided.
The most significant issue, according to the victims, was the brief appearance of SEVENTEEN. While idols typically attend such events for over 30 minutes, Jeonghan and The8 were present for only about 9 minutes, from their entrance to their exit.
The group of victims has filed an official complaint with Company S. While the company has stated that they will offer compensation, they have yet to provide specific details. Fans are now voicing their frustration, accusing Company S of exploiting SEVENTEEN's name.
