"I wanted to show you my sincerity" Chef Ahn Sung-jae is showing off his hidden charm

The Black and White Chef ' is a program about a cooking competition between 20 famous chefs 'Baeksujeo' and 80 masters 'Baeksujeo'Baeksujeo', which drew attention by ranking first in the global non-English TV category in the first week of its release. Ahn Sung-jae contributed to the success of the program by serving as a judge with Jongwon Baek.
In the interview, Ahn Seong-jae revealed how he came to appear on the program and said, `I wanted a sincere program without any entertainment elements or screenplays.' He said "I don't want chefs to be funny characters because I'm a person who takes food very seriously. The goal was to create a great program that could help the restaurant industry."
Regarding the screening criteria, Ahn Sung-jae said, `Everyday food such as white rice was evaluated by combining public standards and my understanding, and dining concept dishes focused on technique, intention, and sophistication.' He expressed his philosophy by saying, `As a Michelin three-star chef, I wanted to adhere to strict standards in showing the level of Korean dining.'
He also mentioned his expectations for season 2. Ahn Sung-jae left open the possibility, saying, `If the season 2 judge's proposal comes in, it will be decided according to the situation at that time.' On the other hand, regarding the appearance of other global cooking survival programs "There have already been several suggestions"If I can contribute and the schedule fits, I will participate."
