Actor Kim Byung-sun, who played the role of Miss Cho in the drama `The War of Jeannah\', has passed away at the age of 37.

According to the entertainment industry on the 25th, Kim Byung-sun died the day before after battling a chronic disease.

The deceased was noted as a new actor of JYP Entertainment and made his debut in the 2006 film `The Greatest Romance.'



Since then, he has appeared in films 'Romantic Island' (2008) and dramas 'TV novel Your Landscape' (2007)'The Way Home' (2009).

What caught the public's attention was the appearance of the SBS drama 'Tran's War', which was popularly aired in 2007. At that time, Kim played the role of a scene stealer by playing `Ms. Cho' as an office employee of loan shark Ma Dong-min.
