The late Kim Joo-hyuk will be remembered forever in the 7th anniversary of his death



It's been seven years since the late actor Kim Joo-hyuk left us.

Kim Joo-hyuk died on October 30, 2017 in a car overturning accident near Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. At the time, he drove his sport utility vehicle (SUV) and crashed into a nearby vehicle before rushing to the sidewalk. Later, the vehicle that hit the wall of an apartment building crashed down the stairs and overturned. Kim Joo-hyuk was taken to a hospital immediately after the accident, but he failed to regain consciousness and ended his life at the age of 45.

Kim Joo-hyuk debuted as SBS's 8th open talent in 1998 and was loved by the public as he went back and forth between movies and dramas. He built his own filmography by showing impressive performances in a number of films and dramas such as 'YMCA Baseball Team''Banjang'Hong Banjang'My Wife Is Married'Collaboration'.



In particular, Kim Joo-hyuk is well-known as the son of the late senior actor Kim Moo-saeng, but he silently walked his path without leaning on his father's halo and was recognized for his unrivaled presence as an actor.

Kim Joo-hyuk, who showed his simple and humane charm by appearing on the entertainment program KBS2 '1 Night 2 Days', was loved by viewers under the nickname of 'Gutin-hyung'. His posthumous film 'The Admiral: The Admiral: The 55th Daejong Film Festival, the 39th Blue Dragon Film Awards, and the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards marked a meaningful end to his acting life, winning Best Supporting Actor.
