EXID's Hani to Resume Activities Following Postponed Wedding Amid Hospital Controversy

On the 14th, a representative from Hani's agency, Sublime, stated, "Hani is scheduled to attend the 'Big Ground Fest 2024' at Ancol Beach City International Stadium in Indonesia on November 16."
At the event, Hani will perform alongside the other EXID members.
Earlier, on May 27, a woman in her 30s passed away at a psychiatric hospital operated by Yang Jae-woong. The woman reportedly died of pseudo-intestinal obstruction after being admitted to treat her addiction to diet drugs. CCTV footage revealed that she had complained of severe abdominal pain and sought help from the hospital, but nursing assistants restrained her hands and feet and administered sedatives.
The woman eventually lost consciousness and later died. The bereaved family accused the hospital of negligence, alleging that they failed to provide proper care. They filed a formal complaint with the police against the hospital staff on charges of abandonment and professional negligence.
Following the incident, Hani postponed her wedding, originally scheduled for September, and stepped away from planned broadcast appearances.
Now, with her return to official activities, Hani is drawing significant attention.
