Napoli Matfia Opens Up About His Tattoo Obsession

Napoli Matfia (real name Kwon Seong-jun), winner of the Netflix cooking contest program 'Culinary Class Wars', revealed his obsession with tattoos, explaining why he covered his arms.

On the 11th, a video titled "Why Did the Number of Customers Decrease? It's All Because of Culinary Class Wars" was released on Jongwon Paik's channel, 'PAIK JONG WON'.

Jongwon Paik asked Napoli Matfia, "We had seniors during the contest; weren't you nervous?" To which Napoli Matfia responded, "I've been depressed since I first entered."

Jongwon Paik noted, "He was a man of strong concentration, so he caught my eye from the beginning. I got goosebumps every time he did a solo exhibition. I thought he could win if he passed the team contest."

He then inquired, "Why did you get the tattoo?" Recently, societal perceptions of tattoos have been negative, with many viewing Napoli Matfia's tattoos with prejudice. Napoli Matpia stated, "The thing I'm obsessed with the most is being different from others," but he did not elaborate further in the program.

Curious, Jongwon Paik asked, "Do your parents know?" Napoli Matfia replied, "They know. My mother is the only one who doesn't like tattoos, but I feel like she understands me because she knows I live a good life. All I do is work, and I live for the joy of caring for my three cats."
