If the relevant charges are admitted, they shall be punished by imprisonment or life imprisonment for at least seven years pursuant to Article 4 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Violence Crimes.
Taeil was investigated at Bangbae Police Station in Seoul and handed over to the prosecution on the 12th of last month.
