One Hundred Sues for Defamation of BPM Executives

On the 21st, One Hundred announced that it had sent a certificate of contents to individuals A, B, and C, who defamed the executives of Big Planet Made Entertainment, and confirmed that it would also file a formal complaint on the same day.
"Stylist A, agency representative B, and manager C were found to be spreading false information about the executives of Big Planet Made Entertainment to various contacts in the entertainment industry. We have obtained the necessary evidence," the agency stated. "We can no longer tolerate the actions of A, B, and C, so we have sent a legal warning and will pursue both civil and criminal proceedings."
The agency further stated, "We have consistently responded strongly to instances of spreading false information and defamation, and these efforts are ongoing." They also highlighted that their legal team has been proactively identifying the sources of malicious rumors and defamatory comments targeting their artists, executives, and employees.
"To ensure the continued growth and development of the entertainment industry, it is crucial that no one in the K-pop sector falls victim to unfounded rumors. With this complaint, we are committed to taking legal action without leniency against those who spread false information or engage in defamation," the statement emphasized.
One Hundred is a global production company co-founded by MC Mong in July of last year, alongside Cha Gawon ,the chairman of Parc Group. It serves as the parent company of Big Planet Made Entertainment, Million Market, and INB100. Big Planet Made Entertainment represents artists and groups such as VIVIZ, Bad Villain, Ha Sung-woon, Lee Moo-jin, BE'O, Ren, Taemin, Lee Seung-gi, and Lee Soo-geun.

Hello, we are ONE HUNDRED.
On the 21st, One Hundred sent a legal notice to A, B, and C for defaming the executives of our subsidiary, Big Planet Made Entertainment, and we will file a formal complaint today.
We became aware that stylist A, agency representative B, and manager C had been spreading false information about Big Planet Made Entertainment executives within the entertainment industry, and we have secured the relevant evidence.
As a result, we have issued a legal warning to stop the spread of false information and will proceed with civil and criminal legal actions as we can no longer stand by and tolerate the actions of A, B, and C.
We have consistently taken strong legal measures against those who spread false information and engage in defamation, and we continue to see results. Our legal team has been diligently working to trace the origins of malicious rumors and defamatory comments targeting our artists, company executives, and employees.
We believe that for the entertainment industry to thrive, it is essential that everyone in the K-pop sector is protected from baseless rumors.
