Oh Young-soo, who appealed to 'with social judgment' 'Forced harassment' Oh Young-soo, the second trial of the appeal trial today (29th)

The second trial of the appeal trial of actor Oh Young-soo, who was accused of forced harassment, will be held today (29th).

The Suwon District Court's Criminal Appeals Department 6-1 will hold the second trial date of the appeal against actor Oh Young-soo, who was indicted on charges of forced harassment on the 29th. Oh Young-soo was put on trial in November 2022 on charges of inappropriate physical contact in front of a walkway and A's residence in Daegu in August and September 2017. Oh Young-soo is accused of hugging A at the time and kissing him on the cheek in front of the residence.

Oh Young-soo denied the charges in a media interview at the time, saying, `I held hands to guide the way around the lake,' but was sentenced to eight months in prison and two years of probation at a sentencing trial held on March 15 and ordered to complete a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program. However, Oh Young-soo filed an appeal against this, and the prosecution also appealed for unfair sentencing.

Oh Young-soo's lawyer was judged socially by dropping out of the work one after another at the first trial of the appeals court. He explained the reason for the appeal, saying that he is a first-time offender and the degree of harassment is not serious.

Oh Young-soo made his name playing Oh Il-nam through the original Netflix series 'Squid Game'. At the 79th Golden Globe Awards, he became the first Korean actor to win the Best Supporting Actor Award. Later, he was scheduled to appear in the work, but he was tried for forced harassment and suspended his activities, and even re-filmed the work due to his departure.
