However, Park Ji-yoon's Apgujeong Hyundai 3rd sale transaction has not yet been registered in the actual transaction price system of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. This is because Apgujeong-dong, where the apartment is located, is bound by the Seoul Metropolitan Government as a land transaction permit zone, so you must first obtain permission from the head of Gangnam-gu to trade the apartment. Currently, Park Ji-yoon is known to have submitted an application for land transaction permission to the Gangnam-gu Office jointly with the buyer.
The apartment was mentioned in the recent dispute text between Park Ji-yoon and Choi Dong-seok released by Dispatch.
