New Jeans Hani sends a national inspection of Korea. Heejin vs. Hive, the second round of the competition to compete for the A-Door representative

Will Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Door, succeed in his return.

The 50th Civil Agreement Division of the Seoul Central District Court will hold an interrogation date of a provisional injunction suit filed by former CEO Min Hee-jin against Hive on the 11th.

The board of directors dismissed former CEO Min last month and appointed Kim Joo-young as the new CEO. Odor said it guarantees former CEO Min's job as an in-house director and production of Newzins, but former CEO Min protested that it was an unfair contract.

In response, the members of Newzins issued an ultimatum to Hive saying, `Please return former representative Min by September 25th.' Former CEO Min also applied for a provisional injunction to convene an ad hoc shareholders' meeting and re-elect an ad hoc board member.

However, Hive rejected offers from Min and Newzins. It will guarantee the production authority for five years, which is the entire remaining contract between the in-house director and Newzins, but the return to the CEO position is unacceptable.

In response, former representative Min countered that he should return to the leadership post to normalize Newzins, saying, `The compromise between Doror is a pun.' In addition, through various interviews and lectures, he claimed that Hive continued to disparage, slander, and obstruct his work. Heave countered by saying, `It's groundless.'

Meanwhile, Hani, a member of Newzins, was asked to attend a parliamentary inspection of the Environment and Labor Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Environmental Labor Committee).

The committee held a general meeting on September 30 and voted on 35 witnesses for the parliamentary audit. Hani was adopted as a reference for the comprehensive national audit of the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the Economic, Social and Labor Commission to be held on the 25th in connection with idol bullying and workplace bullying.

Kim Joo-young, CEO of New Jeans' agency Adore and Hive's chief personnel officer, was also adopted as a witness on the same day for reasons such as poor response to idol bullying.

Earlier, Hani was treated unfairly by greeting other artists from Hive while demanding the return of former CEO Min, but CEO Kim revealed that he did not take appropriate measures.

If you are adopted as a witness or reference to the national audit, you do not have to attend if you submit a statement of reasons for non-attendance for justifiable reasons. However, in the case of witnesses, even if they submit a statement of reasons for not attending, if the standing committee determines that the reason is not reasonable, they can be charged if they receive an order to accompany or do not comply with the request. As a result, attention is being paid to whether Hani and CEO Kim will attend and open their mouths.
