Min Hee-jin appeared on the live broadcast of 'Kim Young-dae's School of Music' on the 29th. This appearance drew significant attention after the Seoul Central District Court’s 50th Civil Division (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) dismissed her request for a provisional injunction against HYBE to reinstate her as CEO of ADOR.
Min Hee-jin remarked, “This lawsuit is unprecedented, and I believe my chances of winning are around 10-20%. Personally, I felt that if I accepted this outcome, I would lose something deeply important to me. I gave HYBE another chance to prove my innocence. I never intended to leave the company, but I was consistently harassed by false accusations, so I felt compelled to prove my innocence.” She shocked the audience further by revealing, “I am suffering from harassment, surveillance, and death threats.”

Min Hee-jin "I was followed a while ago. The taxi driver told me. I thought it was weird, so I tried to change the route, but it kept following me. I got off and took pictures. He knew the car number and immediately called the police. He also received death threats. I don't think I'm destined to die."
Min Hee-jin showed off his friendship with BTS V as well as New Jeans. Min Hee-jin was in charge of producing a solo album released by V before joining the army.
Min Hee-jin says "V sometimes calls from the military. He's very bright and cheerful. I'm being subjected to this, so contact me happily and ask if it's okay. On my birthday, the military sent me a text message saying happy birthday at dawn. He's a really nice kid. I'm really touched. Don't you need a kind heart to be like that. Thank you so much," he said.

She also highlighted her close bond with BTS’ V and NewJeans. Min Hee-jin produced V’s solo album released just before he enlisted in the military. “V calls sometimes from the military. He’s always cheerful and checks in on me, even sending a birthday message at dawn. He’s such a kind soul,” she said, adding, “His kindness has been a true comfort to me.”
Regarding NewJeans, she shared, “I’m usually not expressive, but the NewJeans members have inspired me to say ‘I love you’ more often. When Danielle once told me ‘I love you’ out of the blue, I initially hesitated, but now I’ve grown comfortable saying it back. They’ve genuinely changed me.”
She also expressed, “NewJeans is a very special team for me, almost a mission-driven project. I want to innovate in this industry, creating a new business model through these endeavors. When I succeed, I’ll be able to say, ‘This is why we did it differently.’ People will listen when the top finally says it’s time for change.”
The dispute between HYBE and Min Hee-jin began in April, with HYBE filing charges of professional misconduct. Additionally, labels BELIFT LAB and Source Music accused Min Hee-jin of defaming their groups LE SSERAFIM and ILLIT. Min Hee-jin, in turn, filed a defamation suit against HYBE.
Meanwhile, on August 27, ADOR’s board dismissed Min Hee-jin and appointed Kim Joo-young, HYBE’s chief human resources officer and ADOR’s in-house director, as CEO. However, NewJeans members voiced their support for Min Hee-jin’s return, which Min Hee-jin also demanded, calling the dismissal unilateral. She noted that the court’s dismissal of her provisional injunction does not indicate that it accepted HYBE’s claims.
