Min Hee-jin returns as CEO of Airdore, final Musan Hive 'I hope the renewal of the Newzins production contract progresses'

Min Hee-jin, an in-house director, failed to return to the CEO position.

On the afternoon of the 30th, an adore board meeting was held at the Hive headquarters in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, on the agenda related to the appointment of Min Hee-jin, an in-house director. The board of directors convened at the request of former representative Min, but Min's return to the leadership was rejected due to the opposition of a majority of the participants.

Although it is called the Board of Directors of Adore, the majority of Hive, the parent company, and as the court rejected the injunction filed against Hive on the 29th, asking him to re-elect him as CEO of Adore, the prevailing opinion was that it was virtually impossible to return to the leadership.

Regarding the court ruling, Min once again said, "As the shareholder contract guarantees Min's term as CEO of Adore until November 1, 2026, Min again calls on the directors to appoint Min as CEO at the Adore board meeting scheduled for the 30th. If Min is not reappointed as CEO of Adore, Min will actively consider whether to exercise other rights in violation of Hive's inter-shareholder contract."

Nevertheless, attention is being paid to what kind of action former CEO Min will take as his return to the leadership of Audor has failed.

Meanwhile, Hive CEO Lee Jae-sang sent an in-house e-mail to executives and employees after the ruling came out, promising full support for Newzins and normalization of the door. Regarding former CEO Min, he mentioned that `I hope there will be progress in renewing the contract with Newzins producers.'
