He said he is staying in Europe and coordinating venues and schedules to begin filming in earnest next month. The period of overseas business trips is specified from the 16th to the 27th.
SBS Plus, ENA 'I'm Solo' also revealed that Producer Nam Kyu-hong went on an overseas business trip' Only "I didn't go because of 'I'm solo" he drew the line.
Earlier, producer Nam was adopted as a witness to the comprehensive parliamentary audit of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee, which will be held on the 24th due to the controversy over the violation of the rights of broadcast writers. However, when he heard the news of the adoption of witnesses to an official from the administrative office of the National Assembly's Culture, Sports and Tourism Committee by phone, Nam replied, "We are currently filming in Jinan, North Jeolla Province." Producer Nam Kyu-hong has been at odds with broadcast writers since April.
In April, the National Press Workers' Union reported Chief Entertainment (hereinafter referred to as Chief Entertainment), represented by Nam PD, to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for violating written contracts and violating rights to broadcasters. Chief Entertainment did not use the status of 'A' to impose unfair contract terms on writers, refuse to allocate proper profits, and write a standard contract, which is the basis for writers to receive re-run fees.
In the process, suspicions arose that producer Nam used foul language and power abuse to the writers, and in July, it was revealed that none of the producers of 'I'm Solo' left, raising doubts.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Committee for the Guarantee of Artists' Rights and the Relief of Sexual Violence in Seonghwirong imposed a fine of 1.5 million won on the 18th of the (Artist's Rights Guarantee Committee). The Artist Rights Guarantee Committee judged that Chief Entertainment's failure to write a written contract was a violation of the contract related to cultural and artistic services specified in Article 4 of the Artist Welfare Act.
In addition, he recommended correcting broadcast production by signing contracts fairly with writers on an equal footing, issuing written contracts that specify down payments, rights and obligations of contracting parties, and matters related to the distribution of profits to writers, and submitting measures to prevent recurrence of the issuance of written contracts.
However, the broadcast writer Union expressed regret, saying, `It is welcome to admit unfair behavior, but it is only a slap on the wrist.' He also said he would fight to the end, saying that producer Nam has not yet made an official apology.
