On the morning of the 23rd, a final hearing was held on Park, who is accused of defamation and insults under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection.
On the same day, the prosecution demanded four years in prison and a fine of 211,422,152 won for Park.
The prosecution said, `Park defamed the victims five times and actively spread false information. He continued to post videos of the victims' appearance, personality, and relationships, and operated a paid membership system, hindering management activities" he said.

The sentencing date for Park will be held on Dec. 18.
Park was sued by Jang Won-young and her agency Starship Entertainment for distributing fake news several times that included rumors of a romantic relationship with the group I've Jang Won-young and rumors of discord between members. Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment opened the lawsuit by successfully identifying Park through the discovery system. In the 100 million damages lawsuit filed by Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment, some of the plaintiffs were ruled in favor, but the Taldeok concentration camp even filed an appeal for the first trial's suspension of execution, expressing its unfairness. The decision was made by the Ministry of Coordination, but Jang Won-young and Starship Entertainment rejected it.
Since then, Kang Daniel, BTS V and Jungkook, Espa, EXO Suho, and SM Entertainment have filed a lawsuit against Park. In September, Kang Daniel's case against Park was also fined 10 million won, more than three times the prosecutor's sentence.
