Broadcaster Choi Dong-seok, who is filing for divorce from broadcaster Park Ji-yoon, expressed his relaxed status.

On the 26th, Choi Dong-seok left a message, "'Weekend spent doing what you want to do.'" A photo of him watching TV in what appears to be his home, announcing his peaceful weekend afternoon.

Choi Dong-seok and Park Ji-yoon, who became colleagues of KBS's open announcers, married in November 2009 after dating for four years and had one son and one daughter. However, when Park Ji-yoon submitted an application for divorce settlement to the Jeju District Court in October last year, the couple's relationship was cut off. Park Ji-yoon has secured custody and parental rights for her children, and the two are currently suing for property division.

In the background of the conflict between the two, Choi Dong-seok reportedly looked at Park Ji-yoon's cell phone secretly in December 2022 and lost trust in Park Ji-yoon after seeing her talk with her acquaintances, and Park Ji-yoon reportedly struggled with Choi's suspicions and nitpicking. Choi Dong-seok claimed to have cheated on Park Ji-yoon, while Park Ji-yoon confronted Choi Dong-seok, calling him 'emotional violence'.
