Shim Hyung-tak has certified Doraemon's fan through various broadcasts in the past.
As for the reason why he is attached to Doraemon, he said "It was this character who was the only one who was next to me when I was struggling. When I went home when I was having a hard time, these dolls comforted me. And I felt like the things I needed would come out of this character's pocket" he explained.
Voice actor Nobuyo Oyama (real name Nobuyo Yamashita) died of old age on the 29th of last month. He was 90 years old.
For 26 years from 1979 to 2005, he played the voice of the main character of TV Asahi's animation `Doraemon" and gained huge popularity.
