Police launched an internal investigation into alleged violations of the Sex Trafficking Punishment Act, and KBS said Choi Min-hwan's 'Superman is Back' He said he would stop appearing on the show.

The scandal spread when Yul-hee directly exposed Choi Min-hwan's alleged prostitution on her YouTube channel on the 24th. The transcript released by Yul-hee contained a conversation that revealed the use of prostitution establishments. The man in the conversation said "There's no lady. "I have to be in by seven o'clock," he said, while another call raised controversy by saying "I'm free today."
In this regard, FNC Entertainment officially announced on the 25th that `Choi Min-hwan feels responsible for the controversy and has decided to suspend all broadcasting activities.' KBS also said it has decided to drop out of Choi Min-hwan's 'Superman is Back', and there is no filming.
Choi Min-hwan joined 'Superman is Back' in April this year to reveal the daily life of raising three siblings, but Yul-hee claimed that she promised not to appear on the show of her children at the time of divorce.
Choi Min-hwan and Yul-hee got married in 2018, but divorced in December 2023. The two have a son and a twin daughter, and custody is held by Choi Min-hwan.
