The course menu utilizes rare and fresh ingredients such as sea bream, abalone, and Neungi mushrooms, and famous sommeliers propose wine pairing themselves. It is known that the course has already been booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Netizens are also arguing over the price. Some netizens responded by saying, `A world-class sommelier appears in a Michelin three-star chef at a seven-star hotel, and 700,000 won is a good price.' However, other netizens refute that 700,000 is too much even though it is a course meal in a luxury hotel.
This is a more comparable situation because of the event in which the chef participates in the next three days. Chef Ahn will also participate in a gourmet event hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and held on Sebit Island in Banpo on the 3rd. However, the cost of participating in this event is 40,000 won.
