Min Hee-jin Declares Legal Battle Against HYBE Over Alleged Misconduct and Plagiarism

Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Ador, started an all-out war against Hive.

On the 26th, former representative Min filed a complaint with Yongsan Police Station against Hive Chief Public Relations Officer Park and Hive Public Relations Officer Cho on charges of breach of duty" he said.

"They are part of Hive's share service PR organization, and despite having a professional position to promote
NewJeans for a fee from Ador, they have caused serious damage to Ador and NewJeans by reducing their performance, let alone fulfilling their responsibilities. We hope that criminal punishment will be commensurate with their crimes."

Min has been at odds with Hive since April. After he was dismissed from his position as CEO of Odor in August, he steadily demanded that he return to his position, but was rejected, and eventually resigned from his position as an inside director on the 20th. And on the 22nd, Kim Tae-ho, CEO of
BELIFT LAB, and other officials filed a criminal complaint on charges of defamation by disclosing false information under the Information and Communication Network Act and filed a 5 billion won damages lawsuit.

This is a lawsuit related to allegations of similarity between
NewJeans and ILLIT. Former representative Min has raised suspicions that ILLIT plagiarized NewJeans. In response, BELIFT LAB completely denied former CEO Min's claims, sued him for defamation and filed a lawsuit for damages worth 2 billion won.

Then, New Jeans fandom Team Burns said on the 18th that Hive, Source Music, and BELIFT LAB are filing more than 10 lawsuits against former CEO Min at the company's expense, adding that they will file a complaint against CEO Kim and others on charges of defamation and other charges.

With former representative Min starting an all-out war against Hive, attention is being paid to whose hand the law will take

Meanwhile,
NewJeans sent a proof of content to demand the return of former CEO Min to Odor on the 20th and declared that it would terminate the exclusive contract if the requirements were not corrected within 14 days.
