We plan to take necessary legal action one by one against the numerous illegality of Hive and his persons involved."

"In the midst of a hellish dispute with Hive that began with Hive's illegal audit in April and lasted for more than seven months, I have been doing everything I can to keep the agreement between shareholders and get Adore back on track. However, Hive has so far refused to admit his wrongdoing and there is no sign of change, so he has decided that any further efforts are a waste of time.'

In addition, "Hive's atrocities will be recorded as an unprecedented issue in K-pop history." If there are forcefully malicious forces and media, I will never sit idly by and punish them by law. In particular, Min Hee-jin said "Action by one person's malice should not undermine 'the essence of karma". That was really bad," concluded the statement.

Min Hee-jin has been at odds with Hive since April. Hive accused Min Hee-jin of professional malpractice and others, saying he was trying to take over the management rights of Adore, and Min Hee-jin countered by saying, `Betrayal is comedy.' However, Adore dismissed Min Hee-jin through an in-house board meeting in August and raised Kim Joo-young as its new CEO. In response, Min Hee-jin protested and filed for an injunction to re-elect him as a representative, and
NewJeans also hosted a live broadcast demanding Min Hee-jin's return to the representative position. However, the court rejected Min Hee-jin's request for provisional injunction, and Hive also proposed the inside director's position and the right to produce NewJeans, saying it was impossible to return to the CEO's position.

Min Hee-jin rejected all of them and eventually announced his separation from Hive.

On the 13th,
NewJeans sent Ador a proof of content stating that if the requirements are not accepted, the contract will be terminated.

Min Hee-jin Resigns as ADOR Director Amid Legal Dispute with HYBE
Next, Min Hee-jin's full story.

Hello, I'm Min Heejin.

I'm resigning from the inside director of Ador today.

It also seeks to terminate the inter-shareholder agreement signed with Hive and hold Hive legally liable for violations of the inter-shareholder agreement.

In addition, we plan to take necessary legal measures one by one against the numerous illegalities of Hive and his people involved.

In the midst of a hellish dispute with Hive that began with Hive's illegal audit in April and has lasted for more than seven months, I have done everything I can to keep my shareholder agreement and get Adore back to where I was before April. However, Hive has so far refused to admit his wrongdoing and shows no signs of changing, so I decided that any further efforts were a waste of time.

I wanted Hive to admit his fault himself and have been trying hard to keep
NewJeans within the crooked Hive. This is also the reason why I sent two whistleblowing emails in April.

However, Hive does an unprecedented folly of making up absurd false facts, let alone reflecting on himself, and even displaying his shameful illegal appreciation to the public. He put a strange frame on me as a minority shareholder and CEO of the company 'Deportation of Management', witch hunt, and made ignorant and unconventional attacks that would be hard to believe to be a big company.

After all the twists and turns, it wasn't until about seven months later that my whistle-blowing was a legitimate accusation based on obvious facts, while HYBE's ugly lies and hypocrisy are being revealed one after another.

In fact, Hive would have known from the beginning that the contents of the whistleblowing were all true, and that it was also a legitimate issue.

But the essence of 'problem solving' for those who only care about their own interests and good fortune must have been the homework they want to turn away from above all else.

I didn't expect them to repent, but I think it was an innocent misjudgment to believe that there would be a minimum conscience as a human being.

But I didn't want to dwell on money and ride on this twisted organization as if I was not alive just because I was stuck with my breath.

Until recently, Hive has continued to engage in hypocritical and contradictory behavior, using his affiliated labels to so-called burying me through reckless litigation, nitpicking, and unfair media play, while at the same time submitting a production commission contract full of toxic clauses as if offering a huge favor.

He insisted on R&R consultations, which are the essence of the delegation contract, but he repeatedly insisted that he would only force face-to-face meetings and not provide R&R documents, citing incomprehensible requirements such as forensics consent before the consultation.

It is not surprising that those who spread false information to the media that they had decided to step down from their CEO and take over production are now forcing others to `keep confidentiality.'

HYBE's atrocities in 24 will go down as an unprecedented issue in the history of K-pop.

For the past seven months, I have fought with all my might, mentally, economically and physically, to revive Ador, who has been broken by Hive's serious breach of shareholder contracts.

It means that even though it was a hell of a fight that started with the groundless violence of a group called a large company, he did not back down and made every effort.

Hive's moral hazard has already reached its peak, and dirty media play will continue, but I'm not worried that it has reached the point where even the public can read the pattern now.

Nevertheless, if there are forced undercover forces and media, we will never sit idly by and punish them by law.

This rare incident is not over yet, but I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Burns and many others for their tireless support and support for nearly half a year.

Ironically, it's also a special luck to get to know the best people through the fight against the worst company.

Some people may not understand why I have endured this much, but there must be reasons and meanings for someone like me to exist in the world.

Please pay a lot of attention to the new K-pop journey that I will be carrying out in the future.

I finish writing by conveying to someone with a feeling of relief.

"A man's actions by malice should not undermine the nature of the business". It was really bad."
