Since Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Adore, who is called 'Newzins Mom', resigned from the position of Adore's executive director on October 30, Newzins sent a proof of content on the 13th demanding the return of former CEO Min to Adore under his real name, measures to inappropriately mention Newzins in Hive's internal documents, and an apology for another label manager in Hive telling Newzins member Hani to 'Ignore you'.
At the same time, if these requirements are not corrected within two weeks, the sea declared that it would terminate the exclusive contract. The deadline for answering the content certification is 28 days, and members of Newzins expressed their position on this.
Minji said "I would like to inform you that the exclusive contract between Newzins and Adore will be terminated from midnight on the 29th. On the other hand, according to the Fair Trade Commission's standard exclusive contract, the penalty is usually set by multiplying the average monthly sales of the previous two years by the number of months remaining in the contract based on the termination period, so if Newzins terminates its exclusive contract with Adore, it could face hundreds of billions of won worth of penalties.
Harin "I've seen the article on the penalty several times. I've never violated an exclusive contract. We're doing our best, but I don't think there's any reason for us to pay a penalty. Rather, I think Hive is responsible for the situation now that Odor and Hive have breached their contracts," he replied.
