Ryu Hyo-young posted on her personal account on the 11th that `When I came to Seoul at the age of 20, there was no adult to rely on, and each other was the only supportHe explained that his younger brother and himself had to endure difficult times at a young age. She said her younger brother Ryu Hwa-young made a shocking confession that she was being bullied by T-ara members at the time and that she wanted to protect her younger brother.
Ryu Hyo-young said "My younger brother complained that he was having a hard time, and the result of trying not to bother my younger brother after hearing that eventually led to a stupid act of sending threatening texts to Arum." He said he regretted his actions and said he had already apologized to Arum in the past for threatening texts, but he still felt sorry.
Uh "All I could do at the time was choose a young, immature way to protect my brother," he added.
Ryu Hyo-young's explanation stems from the recent T-ara bullying incident that has been re-examined. CEO Kim Kwang-soo of T-ara's agency mentioned an anecdote related to the discord between T-ara and Ryu Hwa-young in the past on a recent broadcast. In this regard, Hwa-young refuted "It is true that he was bullied". Hwayoung accepted the condition that the contract would be terminated if the agency kept the bullying secret, and later complained that the T-ara members talked about something different from the truth on the show.
In this regard, controversy grew in 2017 when a netizen, a former staff member of T-ara, released threatening texts sent by Ryu Hyo-young to Arum after Ryu Hwa-young and Ryu Hyo-young complained of damage in entertainment programs.
Ryu Hyo-young's texts to Arum included verbal abuse such as "Let's go to Music Bank and get hit dusty", "I'll scratch your face", and "They get hit to get their act together". At that time, the text was released, and the incident became a hot topic again, and Ryu Hyo-young apologized for the text.
