Yul-hee is currently facing a custody battle with Choi Min-hwan. After divorcing Choi Min-hwan last year, Yul-hee entrusted custody of her three siblings to Choi Min-hwan. However, Choi Min-hwan recently filed a request for mediation to change custody and divide property of alimony with the Seoul Family Court after revealing the circumstances of prostitution, saying he entered an entertainment establishment during his marriage.
In the aftermath, Choi Min-hwan not only dropped out of broadcasts such as KBS2 'Superman is Back', but also suspended his FT Island activities. It has also been booked by the police under the Prostitution Punishment Act and is awaiting investigation.
