Female BJ Arrested for Extorting 800 Million Won from Kim Junsu 101 Times

On the 2nd, the Uijeongbu District Prosecutors' Office announced that A, a woman in her 30s of African TV BJ, was arrested and charged with racketeering under the Specific Economic Crimes Weighted Punishment Act on the 28th of last month.
According to the prosecution, A is accused of threatening Kim Joon-soo 101 times from September 2020 to last month and taking 800 million won worth of money and valuables.
Mr. A reportedly threatened Kim Joon-soo for recording his private conversation with him and committed the crime for the purpose of paying for drug administration, and was arrested on charges of blackmail under the Additional Punishment Act for Specific Economic Crimes.
According to the complaint filed by Kim Jun-su, Kim Jun-su met A in the past thinking he was a nail artist and was extorted from money and goods for five years.
A prosecution official said "We will carry out the prosecution in the future so that the defendant can be punished according to the crime."
Kim Jun-su's agency Palm Tree Island said, `Even though he is a clear victim, A continued to threaten Kim Jun-su because he is a celebrity.' and `We will respond strongly to such acts that abuse the public's gaze until the end.'
