'Drug Arrest' Yoo Ah-in sold his Itaewon house..1.7 billion lower for 6.3 billion

Actor Yoo Ah-in (38, Um Hong-sik), who is on trial for habitual drug use, sold his Itaewon home, which he disclosed through 'I Live Alone'.

According to Biz Korea on the 29th of last month, Yoo Ah-in recently sold a detached house in Itaewon, a real estate in Seoul, which was released about three years ago for 6.3 billion won. Yoo Ah-in reportedly purchased the house for 5.8 billion won in 2016 under the name of U Company Limited, a private corporation, and hoped to sell it for 8 billion won when it was put up for sale for the first time. However, the contract has not been reached for several years, and it has recently been sold 1.7 billion won less than what Yoo Ah-in had hoped for. It is presumed that Yoo Ah-in disposed of it in a hurry as there was a greater difference than the amount originally proposed.

Yoo Ah-in was indicted without detention on charges of habitual administration of medical propofol 181 times at hospitals in Seoul from September 2020 to March 2022. He is also accused of illegally buying 1,100 trips of sleeping pills in the name of another person 44 times between May 2021 and August 2022. In addition, he is accused of smoking marijuana in the United States with four accomplices, including Choi, an acquaintance, and teaching others to smoke. The first trial court sentenced Yoo Ah-in to one year in prison and a penalty of 2 million won and arrested him in court.
